Dark rich fruitcake made with honey, ground almonds. died sour cherries, dried apricots, dried fruitcake mix. Covered with a layer of almond-based marzipan and fondant. Decorated uniquely with bows, poinsettias and Christmas holly. No alcohol and halaal. Also available in an egg free version and a vegan one.
